• Initial Contact Phase

• Your Requirements
  
  We listen to your requirements for your new home such as location, price, property type, building facilities. Please do not hesitate to give us as much information as you can provide us with so that we can accurately match your needs to suitable properties.

   

• Property Search and Viewings
  
  At this point we will go through our extensive database and email you details and pictures of properties that meet your criteria. We can then setup a convenient time for you to view the short-listed properties. It is our pleasure to chauffeur you during the viewing process.

   

• Negotiation and Contract Signing
  
  When you have a couple of places in mind, we will negotiate with the owner or building management to meet all your requests. We will then set up a meeting for the signing of the contract with your final choice.
  
  We ensure that the property is in order by doing an inventory check. Prior to you signing the contract, we will review it to ensure it is correctly drafted.
  
  After contract signing, we will provide you with information how to make your monthly rental payment and help you get the internet and cable TV connections up if necessary.
